Comparison of Original and Cloned DVD

Is there a way to tell the difference between an original DVD and a DVD copied from the original on a PC using something like Nero. I'm trying to find out if there are any differences in the data stream contained on the two discs, for example, is there anything on the disc that might tell you what the make /model of the DVD burner that was used, as if the original were made on one machine and the copy on another, this would be a clear indication. Or are there any other ways fo discerning the two. What I have is a DVD that was said to have been created by a videocamera that burns directly to disc and a possible copy of that disc created on a PC using something like Nero. Is it possible to tell the difference between the two. (lets assume that the discs came from the same manufacturer).
