S/W recommendations for data recovery of Samsung D600E

Hi All,

Has anyone got any recommendations for recovering deleted data from a Samsung D600E, primarily from the phone's internal memory? Ideally this would just be a software solution that I could use with the phone's USB cable.

which software you are deleted phone book.try to use jtag reader and read complete fone flash and working phone contacts read and store both before and after locations on jtag editor it will help you out
