I need to collect some evidence related to a landlord who is streaming CCTV images on the Internet. I explain better: the CCTVs are inside an house in the communal areas and the tenants are complaining about the fact that the CCTVs were installed after that the contract was established and without being told the purpose of the recording.

Furthermore, the images are retrievable from the Internet knowing the IP address and the Port number, simply using a network scanner. Now my question comes:

Is it sufficient as in-court evidence to take screenshots of the images retrievable via browser or is it better to use a professional software which certifies that the evidences are authentic and not altered?
