I explain better: the CCTVs are inside an house in the communal areas and the tenants are complaining about the fact that the CCTVs were installed after that the contract was established and without being told the purpose of the recording.

Furthermore, the images are retrievable from the Internet knowing the IP address and the Port number, simply using a network scanner. Now my question comes:
