    Default can you help please

    Hello everyone please excuse if I should`nt be here but I am quite new to this. I have been given a laptop of a recently decease cousin but I have found it is then windows is password protected. How can I overcome this problem.Many thanks for any assistance.

    how adept with software are You?

    are You competent to download an iso file and write it to CD ?

    Many thanks, I would`nt be able to but my hubby can download an iso file and burn to disc he informs me.!

    These utils are free and have worked for me in the past. If the PC data are valuable then *always* use a professional company.

    It's taken that the Laptop is Your property now, be aware that if it's not You could get into serious legal trouble.
