You may want to post to the many University lecturers that read this forum.

It might be worth mentioning that a certification in .XRY,.XACT means that I, as an employer is more likely to employ someone with these skills rather than just academic skills?

I have tried desperately to encourage Universities that they NEED these types of tools. I know that Birmingham City University use your kit, and I believe that Derby University and Befordshire Uni will be too. Lets see if we can get some more Universities to join up with this philosophy?
